Summary: After moving to back to Shreveport in 2020, I began working for myself - freelancing architectural design work, furniture making and residential remodels. I’ve since assembled this work under an LLC and began growing my small business.
In this time, I’ve completed design work for a number of small commercial projects, residential renovations, additions and new build projects. I’ve also taken work building furniture and completed some small scale residential remodeling (labor and all!).
I’ve enjoyed the freedom I’ve had during this time, including the autonomy to pursue projects that interest me to grow skills in new areas. I’ve learned a great deal about managing a business, client dealings, time management and so much else.
